Today at Perfect Form we mixed things up a bit! The Easter Bunny stopped by the studio a little early and dropped off some very special Easter Eggs. Inside these eggs were some very fun workouts for the whole family to do! It was so great to have moms and kiddos working side by side! What a gift that is, show your children how to live healthy! I am very proud and so happy to be a part of this great training studio!
