As an athlete myself, I understand what it takes to achieve your goals. I was a competitive gymnast and elite cheerleader for more than a decade. My fitness education is specialized in Olympic weightlifting/ CrossFit style functional workouts, as well as bodybuilding and aesthetics. I know that weight loss and diet manipulation can be intimidating but holistic nutrition has always been a foundation of my overall wellness, prioritizing HEALTH and feeling good through this journey.

As a woman there are many things about our bodies that get left unconsidered when approaching fitness , and I pride myself on being able to not only accommodate but harness these differences to get the best results.
