Terri opened Perfect Form in order to give her clients a personal, intimate, one-on-one atmosphere. She has extensive expertise including competitive preparation for fitness models, creating plans for pre and post natal women, and helping post-rehab individuals. She also coaches clients to harness their love of running and take it to the next level.

Master Trainer, CPT, Fitness Kickboxing Specialist Lvl.2, Sports Nutrition Certified

I have been involved in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness manager and nutrition councilor for the last 15 years. Over the years I incorporated a sports specific and functional weight training regime into my daily routine. Everyone has specific goals that are important to them and have had different life experiences that brought them to the position they are in today. I always take these factors into consideration when designing a training plan to ensure they will be successful and able to maintain a well-balanced active lifestyle while hitting their fitness milestones along the way!
