Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a full body high intensity workout that leaves you feeling sweaty, accomplished and wanting for more. This fun energetic class is for all fitness levels. It will grow with intensity as you get stronger and stronger.

Extreme Training Camp

Guaranteed the most incredible workout! Length of class varies. If you are you interested in testing your strength and endurance and getting into the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE, this class is for you.

Mommy and Me Fitness

A 60 min class that is perfect for all fitness levels. Mommy and Me offers a great way to get out and meet new Moms at the same time you are working out!

Early Morning Class

Functional strength training has been proven to be an effective method for increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat in the long term. It's not just about building big biceps, abdominals or thighs, functional exercises allow you to build your entire core muscles - all of them!
