Live Well Strength is a 55-minute low-impact strength training class designed specifically for adults 55 and older who want to improve their mobility, balance, and overall physical confidence.

In this class, we focus on intentional movement and resistance training to help support bone density, joint health, and muscle retention—crucial elements for healthy aging. Whether you're managing arthritis, osteoporosis, or just want to feel stronger and more capable in everyday life, this class offers a supportive space to move at your own pace.
