ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME. We will be performing exercises with safety and scaling individuals with less experience to perform the same routine.

What to Bring: A positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, and water.

How It Works: We begin with a dynamic warm-up to increase our heart rate and prepare our muscles for the workout. The main portion of the class is composed of functional strength exercises that use our own bodyweight or external resistance (such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, etc). We finish with a cool down and stretch.

Benefits: Functional strength training helps us move better in our everyday lives by improving balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. It can also help prevent injuries caused by weak muscles and instability. Plus, it’s FUN!
