 The high intensity workout will leave you feeling sweaty, accomplished and wanting for more. This fun energetic class is perfect if your fitness level has never been challenged before or it's time to step up from a regular session at the gym! It changes weekly so that there are new challenges every single week - no matter how experienced someone might be in their exercise routine

This class will include cardio, plyometrics, bodyweight resistance training and active stretches. Classes are designed to be fast paced with little to no rest in between sets of exercises. The goal is to elevate the heart rate so that more calories are burned - leading to an improved cardiovascular system
