OWNER
PERSONAL TRAINER, FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, NUTRITIONAL & WELLNESS SPECIALIST

Terri opened Perfect Form in order to give her clients a personal, intimate, one-on-one atmosphere. She has extensive expertise including competitive preparation for fitness models, creating plans for pre and post natal women, and helping post-rehab individuals. She also coaches clients to harness their love of running and take it to the next level.

Jenn’s fitness journey began right here with Perfect Form Personal Training Studio. With the help and support of Terri, Jenn was certified as a fitness instructor and then a personal trainer. After 14 years in the finance industry Camille left the corporate world and pushed her passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She has earned her Personal Training and Nutrition and Wellness certifications as well as her yoga instructor certification. Camille continues to be inspired by her class participants and most importantly her family.

Karen Maro

Group Fitness Instructor

Perfect Form is where Karen’s love of fitness began. Terri’s Extreme Training Camp class is what kick started her journey into becoming a certified fitness instructor. Karen uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to bang out a full body 60 minute class that includes both strength and cardio training. She loves to share her passion for exercise. Karen is excited to show her participants that they are stronger than they think, they are capable of more than they know, and that fitness is about feeling good from the inside out!

Amy Anderson

Group Fitness Instructor

Amy started her career over 15 years ago as a competitive dancer in all genres of dance with focus on tap, jazz and ballet. Amy taught dance in many studios around Durham for 8 years. With her love of dance her passion for fitness grew as well and decided to become a certified fitness instructor to be able to combine her two main passions. Amy instructs a ballet barre bootcamp that is a combination of strength and stretch training. ALL of her clients leave this class feeling fantastic and free! Amy take great pride in teaching and feels very grateful to be a part of others successful fitness journey.
