Founded by Terri Marucci in 2007, Perfect Form Personal Training Studio has been a trusted part of the Ajax community, specializing in 1-on-1 training tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and abilities. From weight loss to marathon prep or sports-specific training, our certified team is dedicated to helping you succeed and exceed your expectations.

1:1 Personal training

Through a comprehensive assessment of your needs, we design personalized programs that are innovative, engaging, and focused on delivering exceptional results. Located in a private studio in Ajax, we offer one-on-one or semi-private training sessions tailored to help you lose weight, build muscle, or stay active in a fun and challenging way. With the guidance of a skilled professional, you'll receive the motivation and support you need to achieve your goals.

Personalized Programs

Your fitness journey is unique, and so is your program. We create individualized plans tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, dedicating time to understand your personal conditioning needs. Together, we’ll assess your nutritional requirements and develop a food plan that supports your success. Every client receives dedicated one-on-one attention to ensure progress and lasting results.

January 2025 Personal Training Packages

Our personal training packages are designed to provide flexible options for your fitness journey:

  • 4 sessions: $100/session

  • 8 sessions: $95/session

  • 12 sessions: $90/session

For New Clients Only:

  • Partner sessions available for up to 2 participants.

  • Packages must be used within one year of purchase.

We have classes tailored to all ages and fitness levels, see which class works for you!

Strength Camp (MONDAY)

This women-only strength camp combines total-body strength training with HIIT and intense finishers to boost metabolism, build muscle, and improve endurance. With a max of 16 participants, you'll enjoy a challenging, results-driven group fitness experience.

When: Monday’s 6:30pm (8 Week Session Begins Jan 6th)

Yoga (MONDAY)

Join Shawna for a 50-minute yoga class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and cultivate calm through mindful movement and breathwork. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

When: Monday’s 7:30pm

Extreme Training Camp (TUESDAY)

Guaranteed the most incredible workout! Length of class varies. If you are you interested in testing your strength and endurance and getting into the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE, this class is for you.

When: Tuesday's 6:30pm ( 8 Week Session begins Jan 7th)

Glute Camp (MONDAY)

This is your invitation to join Glute Camp—an exclusive 8-week program designed for high-functioning women ready to commit, grow, and build the body they know is possible. This isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about lifting your confidence, breaking limits, and stepping into a stronger, more powerful version of yourself.
