Through a comprehensive assessment of your needs, we design personalized programs that are innovative, engaging, and focused on delivering exceptional results. Located in a private studio in Ajax, we offer one-on-one or semi-private training sessions tailored to help you lose weight, build muscle, or stay active in a fun and challenging way. With the guidance of a skilled professional, you'll receive the motivation and support you need to achieve your goals.

pERFECT fORM cLASS Descriptions

We have classes tailored to all ages and fitness levels, see which class works for you!

Strength Camp (MONDAY)

This women-only strength camp combines total-body strength training with HIIT and intense finishers to boost metabolism, build muscle, and improve endurance. With a max of 16 participants, you'll enjoy a challenging, results-driven group fitness experience.

When: Monday’s 6:30pm (8 Week Session Begins IN JUNE)

Yoga (MONDAY)

Join Shawna for a 50-minute yoga class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and cultivate calm through mindful movement and breathwork. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

When: Monday’s 7:30pm
Instructor: Shawna Martin

Extreme Training Camp (TUESDAY)

Guaranteed the most incredible workout! Length of class varies. If you are you interested in testing your strength and endurance and getting into the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE, this class is for you.

When: Tuesday's 6:30pm ( 7 Week Session begins May 20th)

NOTE: NO CLASS JULY 1st

LIVE WELL STRENGTH (55+)

A 50-minute strength training class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence as you age. This class focuses on lifting with intention to support everyday activities, from carrying groceries to keeping up with your grandkids.

Ideal for those 55+, this program is built to combat degenerative shifts like arthritis, osteoporosis, and muscle loss, helping you stay resilient and active. Whether you're new to strength training or looking for a sustainable way to move, Live Well Strength will leave you feeling capable, confident, and strong for life.
