This small-group class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and elevate your confidence. Expect to challenge yourself, lift heavy, move with intention, and be supported by a strong, encouraging community of women.

Train Hard Strength Camp
For experienced lifters ready to level up. Focus on lifting heavier, building power, and pushing your limits in a high-intensity environment.

AGE WELL STRENGTH (55+)
A 50-minute strength training class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence as you age. This class focuses on lifting with intention to support everyday activities, from carrying groceries to keeping up with your grandkids.
Ideal for those 55+, this program is built to combat degenerative shifts like arthritis, osteoporosis, and muscle loss, helping you stay resilient and active. Whether you're new to strength training or looking for a sustainable way to move, Age Well Strength will leave you feeling capable, confident, and strong for life.
