We provide training in a private studio, located in Ajax. One-on-one or semi-private sessions are available. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or are looking for a challenging way to stay active, working out with a skilled professional to guide and motivate you is the way to go.
Individual programs are designed based on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Time is spent to identify your personal conditioning needs. We will also assess your nutritional requirements and work together to develop a food plan. Personal one-on-one attention is given to every client.
Terri opened Perfect Form in order to give her clients a personal, intimate, one-on-one atmosphere. She has extensive expertise including competitive preparation for fitness models, creating plans for pre and post natal women, and helping post-rehab individuals. She also coaches clients to harness their love of running and take it to the next level.

She has worked with a wide range of clients, from teenagers to senior citizens and is passionate about coaching others to achieve their personal goals.
Chantel’s active lifestyle came to an abrupt halt after a car accident. She spent over three years trying to recover from injuries that could have been rehabilitated in half the time. It was through Personal Training and an athletic based physiotherapy clinic that she was finally able to get her life back. Chantel’s passion for educating others to live happy, balanced and healthy lives lead her to become a personal trainer.

After 14 years in the finance industry Camille left the corporate world and pursued her passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She has earned her Personal Training and Nutrition and Wellness certifications and most recently has become a Yoga Instructor (RYT 200). Camille continues to be inspired by her class participants and most importantly her family.
Fitness has always been a passion of Jessica's. So much so that it led her to pursue an athletic scholarship to go play lacrosse in the United States. While there, Jessica earned a bachelors degree in Strength and Conditioning with a minor in Biology. Jessica believes everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and what better way to do it than to improve your overall health and fitness?
